Never publish a price you can't honor. Give a starting range and be explicit that a firm quote needs a look at the property.
In most US states, applying pesticides or herbicides commercially requires a licensed/certified applicator, and some states regulate commercial fertilizer application too. Only advertise treatments you're actually licensed to perform, list your applicator licence number where required, and never invent claims about what a treatment kills, prevents or guarantees. If you subcontract this work, say so.
