Property Cleanup
Spring and fall cleanups, brush and debris hauling, and overgrown lot clearing — we'll take it from mess to done.
From overgrown to handled
Bring the crew, bring the truck, haul it away.
[Describe your cleanup work in your own words — what a typical cleanup includes, the equipment you bring, and how you handle hauling and disposal.]
- Leaves, brush, limbs and yard debris hauled away
- Overgrown lots cleared and cut back
- Property left clean and ready
What we clean up
Spring Cleanup
[Describe your spring cleanup — bed cleanout, debris removal, first cut, edging.]
Fall Cleanup
[Describe your fall cleanup — leaf removal, bed prep, final cut.]
Brush & Debris Hauling
[Describe your hauling — what you'll take, and what you won't.]
Overgrown lot clearing
[Describe how you handle badly overgrown properties — the equipment you bring, how you approach a lot that's been let go, and what the result looks like.]
Our process
- [Step 1 — walk the property and scope the work]
- [Step 2 — estimate, based on volume and access]
- [Step 3 — the cleanup itself]
- [Step 4 — hauling and disposal]
- [Step 5 — final walk-through]
What we can't take
[Be clear about what you won't haul — e.g. hazardous materials, chemicals, tires, appliances, construction debris, anything requiring a special disposal permit. Listing this up front saves everyone a wasted trip.]
Where yard waste, brush and debris can legally go varies by town, and dumping in the wrong place (or burning brush without a permit) can carry real fines. Fill in how you actually dispose of material — municipal yard waste facility, licensed transfer station, composting site — and check your local burn ordinances before advertising brush burning. If a job turns up hazardous material, don't haul it: tell the customer and point them to a licensed disposal service.
